Northwest Hendricks School Corporation officials announced today the contract termination of Tri-West High School varsity volleyball coach Louie Aguilar.
“The district has been clear that they are not commenting further on this issue, as it is an active investigation,” Donna Petraits, spokesperson for the school district, told the ICON Friday afternoon.
The Boone County Sheriff’s Department has launched an investigation.
“We are aware of the allegation and we have opened an investigation,” Sgt. Chris Burcham of the BCSD aid in a prepared statement. “It is certainly too early to determine what has occurred, but we are working with our prosecutor to see if any crime occurred.”
