Three people were shot and wounded Wednesday evening on the Southside of Indianapolis.
Police were called to the intersection of Southport Road and U.S. 31 S. just before 7 p.m. According to IMPD, people in one vehicle pulled up to another and began firing shots. Two women and a man were found inside the vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds. All were taken by ambulance to local hospitals. The women are in critical condition, while the man is in stable condition.
Police believe the victims were targeted.
