Terry Lee Honda in Avon has been named one of Automotive News’ Best Dealerships to Work for in North America. This is the second year in a row that the new-car dealership has been honored as a great place to work.The list was gathered with the help of the Best Companies Group which measured workplace satisfaction through a confidential survey of employers and employees.
Owner Terry Lee said in a press release that his goal from the beginning was to create a “culture that fosters an upbeat and rewarding work environment” that ill bring out the best in everyone. The end result is a dedicated staff and a better buying experience for our customers.
Only two other Indiana new-car dealerships were honored, Romain Cross Pointe Auto Park in Evansville and Terre Haute Chevrolet.
