Friday Fest on the Green is returning to Brownsburg on May 31 to officially kick off summer vacation. The family-friendly event will be held at Brownsburg Town Hall from 4-8 p.m. to celebrate the last day of school for the Brownsburg Community School Corporation.
The festival will have bounce houses, including a Toddler Town inflatable geared towards smaller kids, games, adult tricycle racing, a dunk tank a prize wheel, henna artists and a super bubble station.
The food truck line-up includes Brozinni Pizzeria, Chomp’z Truck (tacos and nachos), Boxburger and Lazy J’s Kettle Corn. The Ice Barn will also be parked for shaved icy treats.
For adventurous festival-goers, there will be a quad bungee trampoline that propels jumpers 24 feet in the air.
DJ Fly Ty and Indianapolis-based Audiodacity and Carmichael will be performing live. DJ Fly Ty Simmons will get the show started, followed by Carmichael. Audiodacity-a combination of funk, rock, hip-hop, blues and more-will headline the concert.
The event is free.
