Eric Hessel has spent more than half of his life working with or volunteering for the Hendricks County Community Foundation. He’s the VP of programming and bills himself as the “spender” of foundation funds. Of course, that isn’t totally accurate, but to understand the difference you should probably tune in. Eric is the most recent recipient of the Suzanne Whicker Distinguished Service award from Leadership Hendricks County. He and Rick talk about the award and what it meant to receive it. As always, we cover the purpose of a community foundation and why it’s so great to have one here.
You won’t want to miss this very special edition of Hendricks County Conversations with Rick Myers and Gus Pearcy.
Enjoy.
