Brownsburg is growing exponentially, again. After a few years of stunted growth, the town is booming again.
At the Brownsburg Chamber meeting this month, Town Manager Grant Kleinhenz announced many of the businesses coming, including a restaurant already announced for the new projects along Green Street. Rush On Main, which serves Chicagoland food, is bringing their second location to Brownsburg when the Union Green complex is finished on the Eastside of Green Street. They currently are open in Zionsville.
Here is a list of the confirmed businesses coming or, in some cases, already open or being built:

SCCA Pro Racing Series on Southpooint Circle
A Circle K/Shell gas station convenience store on E. Main Street
Yoder Oil Company at Southpoint Circle
Mind Over Mash Brewery on Southpoint Circle
Hidea Outboard Motor USA on E. Northfield Drive
Qdoba Restaurant on N. Green Street
ATI Physical Therapy on N. Green Street
Manscapes on W. Northfield Drive
ITek Phone Repair on N. Green Street
Jenny pho restaurant on W. Northfield Drive
Kleinhenz hinted at another coffee shop and a restaurant coming to town but couldn’t give specifics. They are to be located on N. Green Street and E. Main Street respectively.
He also said that there are about 2,000 to 3,000 acres available to be developed around the new Ronald Reagan Parkway and Indiana 74 interstate exchange.
