Hendricks Regional Health is proud to share recent additions to their executive leadership team. The healthcare system has named Nancy Foster, MSM, SPHR, SHRM, as executive director of human resources, and promoted Lisa Imlay, MSN, RN, to executive director of quality, safety and compliance.
Foster brings 35 years of human resources experience to her role, 25 of those in healthcare. Most recently, Foster served as vice president of talent and organizational effectiveness at Community Health Network in Indianapolis.
In her 29 years with Hendricks Regional Health, Imlay has served as a bedside nurse, nursing director, clinical manager and project manager for the health system. Most recently, she served as director of quality for long-term care services.
