Indiana Chamber plans to Excel in Hendricks County

When the Indiana Chamber of Commerce released their Indiana Vision 2025 report stating small business owners in Indiana are not provided with enough resources to help them start and grow their businesses, Hendricks County was ahead of the rest and already had a plan in place with the Excel program and a new supplemental educational program ready to launch. It’s aimed at small business owners, solopreneurs and startup companies.

Business coach Jack Klemeyer developed the Grow Your Business University Lunch-and-Learn Series based on years of working with small business owners and learning what they need and want most. It is a groundbreaking program that addresses specific topics monthly. Through the year-long series, entrepreneurs get business education and training they need to help their businesses succeed.

What also makes this program unique is that it’s being sponsored by the University of Indianapolis School for Adult Learning and supported by the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership Excel program, the Hendricks College Network, the Avon, Brownsburg, Danville and Plainfield Chambers of Commerce, and several area small businesses. These organizations recognize the educational value that this Lunch-and-Learn Series provides small business owners to help their businesses thrive.
