White River Township Fire Department will host its 3rd Annual Christmas Angels Block Party on Aug. 10 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Kroger Strip Mall on 135 (3100 Meridian Parke Dr). Food and drinks will be available with a donation. Kids can come and see Patches the Fire dog, Fire Truck Tours, Fire safety Education Trailer, and participate in a bike rodeo. All proceeds go to the Christmas Angles Toy Drive benefiting local underprivileged children. For more information visit wrtfd.org.
